It consists of a living room cum bedroom, a kitchen and dining room partially separated plus two other bedrooms on the upper floor. The living room has two couch beds while the bedrooms have single beds. Additionally, the houses are provided with SAT-TV, radio, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator and coffee machine.

- Daily free entry to the Fun & Sport Center (max. 3hrs.)
- Daily babysitting service
- Provision of clean towels and bedsheets
- Final cleaning of the house
