The creative team of cooks from the Vital Restaurant participated in the contest "The Baltic Sea dish of the year 2010" in Travemünde, Holstein in March 2010. Our team won a prestigous 3. place.

All ou guests are invited to taste the delicious quality of the winning dish which we serve in the Vital Restaurant:

  Cod steak, garnished with nuts and served with orange-safran-rice and fresh green asparagus

The "Baltic Sea dish" is a strong contribution to the bevaring of the high quality and good taste from the regional kitchen in the Northern German Baltic Sea region and in the region of "Holstensk Schweiz". The "Baltic Sea dish" meets the desire of our many guests to taste and enjoy food typical for the region they visit.
